Transportation Problem/Project Submission Form (PDF; can submit responses in a Word Document or PDF format to mpo@landofsky.org)

This form is to be used by citizens when submitting a proposed transportation project or transportation problem in need of resolution to the French Broad River Metropolitan Planning Organization. Please fill out all information as completely as possible. We will consult with the municipality in which your problem is located and/or NCDOT to investigate the problem or proposed project. Please note that submission of a project request does not constitute an agreement to complete a project. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your transportation concerns.

FOR MPO MEMBER GOVERNMENTS

PNL/TIP Project Submission Form (PDF; can submit responses in a Word Document or PDF format to mpo@landofsky.org)

This form is for use by member agencies of the French Broad River MPO to submit projects for consideration for the MPO's Priority Needs List (PNL) and, ultimately, the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). If you are a citizen who would like to submit a project or problem, or the project you would like to submit is not far enough along in development for this form to be applicable, please use the Transportation Problem/Project Submission form (PDF).

UPWP Project Submission Form

This form is for use by FBRMPO member governments in submitting planning projects for inclusion in the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).

TIP Amendment/Modification Request

This form is for our partners at NCDOT, FHWA, FTA, local transit agencies, and member governments to use in the event that they need to request an amendment or modification to the FBRMPO MTIP.
